KS Properties is a privately owned rental business which was established by the present proprietor Kursten Streich in 1989. We specialise in residential and commercial lettings in the North East of England, predominantly Darlington, Co. Durham.
We are not a letting agency and only rent properties privately owned by the proprietor. Our aim is to give a personal one to one service throughout the duration of the tenancy.
Kursten Streich is a founder member of the Darlington Landlords Association which was created in 1993.
In line with Government legislation on 6th April 2007 KS Properties joined Tenancy Deposit Solutions to protect all deposits taken and held on behalf of our residential tenants.
